All items are final sale unless there is an error on the part of PurelyPersonalized.com.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not been printed, your order can be cancelled with no charge. If you need to cancel your order before we create a proof, we will issue a full refund. If your order has already been approved and sent to the designer, we are unable to perform a refund.

If the error is made by us, we will ship a new order to you at no charge. If the error was on part of the customer a refund is not possible . Please contact us if there is an error, and we'll do all we can to correct the problem! Be careful to enter your text information exactly as you'd like it printed and double check what you've entered! This will help eliminate most errors.
